Verified We hired Iker Marine to remove and relocate a 70 year old dock. Their work was outstanding, their prices fair and the owner, Joel Pastor, was totally intent on making us happy. And yes, of course they're licensed and insured.

This was not a run-of-the-mill dock, it was glammed up and architecturally designed. Many piles had to be removed and new ones set.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recommend this company. They are very responsible in the work they do. They are very clean and organized. They made me a deck and Joel Pastor answered all my questions. He is very kind and did everything that was discussed in the contract.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I couldn’t be happier with the brand-new wood deck Joel built for my backyard. From start to finish, Joel was professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about his craft. The deck looks absolutely amazing — clean lines, flawless woodwork, and the perfect finish that makes it look straight out of a design magazine.

It’s completely transformed my outdoor space. It’s now the perfect spot to relax, entertain, and enjoy the backyard. Joel exceeded every expectation I had. If you’re thinking about upgrading your outdoor living area, I 100% recommend Joel. This guy is a master at what he does!

Thank you Joel. I couldn't be happier.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Joel and his team exceeded our expectations. They worked super fast, on time and the deck looks amazing. One of the few companies in this industry that are very honest with their work and prices. Will hire again and recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

This was not a run-of-the-mill dock, it was glammed up and architecturally designed. Many piles had to be removed and replaced. That was a month ago. Today Joel and his team came back to do further work. Another great job!
